Bring recycled goods, tubes, containers, cardboard for building arcade games. Bring duotangs if they were brought home Parent confirmation forms sent home. The posts did not publish for the past 2 days so I am reposting for the families.
Please send lots if newspaper and cardboard to school for a project! Math assessments were done in Wednesday. school wide Write was completed on Friday. Division 2 and 4 will be holding student led conferences on Thursday, Sept 28th. Please read the letter attached to agenda or read the letter posted below.
If you have any cardboard, recycled tubes, and newspaper, please send to the school for their special project next week! Thank you for coming in to the Meet The Teacher night. It was lovely meeting all of you.

A lot of school forms came home today. Please complete for the office staff. There was also a paper from IRIDE. The grade 4/5 classes will be able to take park in a bike program for three days from Sept 19-21 in the morning. A waiver must be signed for the children to participate. you can access it at https://cyclingbc.net/iride/ and click "SIGN WAIVER", ZONE 6 VANCOUVER ISLAND Today we went for a Nature Walk with Mrs. Brooke's class and picked blackberries and grapes as well as discovering some interesting insects and lizards. (Photos will be posted after permission forms are returned.) We also had a STEM challenge in building a spaghetti tower to hold a marshmallow. i am proud to say that everyone worked with their teams and the highest tower was 38cm! Unfortunately the PAC BBQ for Thursday was cancelled but feel free to stop in between 6 and 7 to have your child introduce me if you haven't had a chance yet. Have a great evening with your family.
